Teachers

IEYP International

All IEYP teachers receive compulsory professional training in early childhood education, including the methodology of integration of the Programs. Active learning , Multiple intelligences approach , Learning through Play using the interdisciplinary method.

At the core of IEYP values, all thematic units need to be designed with a variety of game-based activities. It has been proven by research that game-based learning improves language, literacy, and social and emotional skills. It makes learning permanent. Enabling children to learn by establishing interdisciplinary connections is an essential skill for human development in the new century. To be able to use the acquired knowledge!!!!

All programs, trainings, events and activities in the IEYP portal content are created with inquiry- based exercises that include facilitator control for guidance. The submission of actual activity and corresponding objectives is usually carried out without any directives.

Minimum Requirements

There are a few minimum requirements to teach in an IEYP school. These requirements have two purposes: (1) to ensure that the safety and well-being of your child is observed and enforced at all times; and (2) ensuring that teachers are adequately qualified, trained and informed about international best practices in early childhood education. Thus, the curricula, activities, rigorous and academic programs in the IEYP portal are applied accurately and consistently in all educational institutions where IEYP is implemented, by integrating them into the school program.

The IEYP requires teachers to have completed basic education within 12 months of starting to teach at an IEYP school. You can contact us to learn more about what is required for teachers

Facilitators of Lifelong Learning

Our facilitators do more than teach, they facilitate the learning process so that children can evaluate what they have learned and take an active role in determining what they will learn. Programs in the IEYP content create a learning environment where children think and understand why learning is important, what they have learned and where they are in the learning process. Important to assist this process, it blends research, play, thematic and an objective-based learning model. Target standards are important to accurately monitor progress and identify any shortcomings.

Transparency

IEYP teachers are accountable to parents, colleagues and administrators. This is to ensure that open channels of communication are implemented and families are informed on a weekly basis of achievements, events and family involvement tips that can advance the learning process at home.

Teachers are also accountable to their supervisors to ensure that curriculum implementation plans are prepared, adequate assessments are made, and self-evaluation procedures are in place so that the teacher can achieve further professional development throughout his career.
